FISH MOUSSE with salmon, scallops, shrimp, green oignons, zucchini, red pepper, capucine & chives. This was the entree for the "Feliz Farandola Marinara Night



This special dinner will include

Terrine maison et son confit d’oignons grelots(Homemade pâté served with pearl onions confit )

Rôti de porc farci aux pruneaux sur son lit de poires, pommes & raisins sautés.

(roasted pork stuffed with prunes served with pears, apples and sauted white grapes,with a drop of Porto…)

    DANIEL & PIERRE….FANTASTIC! Boundary Bay Cafe is Tsawwassen’s best kept secret….this dinner was world class! From the homemade pate to the main course….I cannot tell you the last time we have had roast pork that tasted that good…and can you imagine…the roast pork with prunes surrounded with roast seasonal fruit…unreal. Gentlemen….you have a lot to be proud of…and the Tiramisu was incredible and I don’t even like Tiramisu! But this….delicious! PLEASE BE SURE TO ADVISE US OF YOUR NEXT SPECIAL GOURMET EVENING! WE’LL BE THERE IF WE ARE IN TOWN! BOB AND LOIS
